KiCad creates sub folder in home folder on Linux.

Description

Recently Kicad-nightly started creating a directory structure in my home folder: /home/paul/kicad/5.99/

My home folder is precious and it is not the right location for programs to store configuration stuff. If I delete this directory structure, then KiCad re-creates it upon startup of the project manager.

KiCad has also made: /home/paul/.config/kicadnightly/5.99/ /usr/share/kicad-nightly

(Note the different spelling, with and without a dash).
