Refresh in Footprint Browser should reload from disk (same for Footprint Editor assuming no modifications)
Description
I was experimenting with "kicad-footprint-generator" and I noticed that if you overwrite a file in a footprint folder with one generated with "kicad-footprint-generator" if you select the footprint in "Footprint library browser" you run the refresh this command is not executed. It is necessary to select another footprint, refresh and go to the footprint in question which in this case is updated.
