Symbol editor: When Editing a Derived symbol the toolbar button is disabled

Description

The only way to edit the derived symbol is by pressing E keyboard shortcut as the toolbar button is disabled

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Symbol Editor
  2. Try to edit a derived symbol
  3. Note that the Displays symbol properties dialog is disabled
