Interface font size is too small

In some interfaces, font size is too small. My screen is FHD. I don't have this problem elsewhere.

In the attached image, the fonts in green sections are OK. The red section ones are too small.
I tested the scaling options in the preferences but they don't affect the red section font sizes.
