Strange router decisions
Description
There are so many details where the router does strange decisions that it's difficult to say what's the same than an old issue, and which belong together. In any case I give two repeatable problems here.

First: I don't want the existing segments to change the angle:
Second: the weird corner is certainly a bug, it shouldn't appear:
Steps to reproduce
- Open the attached board.
- Drag (D) the track like in the video.
