Specify Netclasses graphically in schematic (not just in schematic setup)

Description

I would like a flag to be added to eescheme to directly specify the nets netclass.

NOTE (JE): The below part of the request is tracked in #4613 (closed) This issue will only track the request of flagging a specific wire/pin/etc with a netclass.

I would like also a tool, that allows to set the netclass of an hole aream as it is in altium.
