Pcbnew feature request: Detect silkscreen intersecting mask or vias
Description
It'd be nice if the DRC or another mechanism could alert the user when markings from silkscreen layer intersect either the mask or vias (including annular ring). At the moment, I think the only way to avoid unintentionally having silkscreen getting cut off is to inspect manually in the 3d-viewer.

- Add silkscreen text and move it over via or pad.
