3d-viewer: wrong Z-axis coordinates when via partially inside silkscreen
(with solder mask turned off) The via should remove silkscreen where they are position, but that incorrectly projected higher on the z-axis. Hopefully these images show what I mean:

Steps to reproduce
- open the file flex-strip-tester-v9e.kicad_pcb
- open 3d-viewer
- turn off soldermask
- rotate the top side of the board and pay attention to the vias in the center
