PCBNew - Double click disambiguation

Description

If you double click an object that is overlapping several other objects after disambiguation menu only selection of the object is performed. It would make sense to perform double click action on the selected object rather than just selecting it

Steps to reproduce

1. Double click an object that overlaps several other objects
2. Clarify your selection in the pop up list
