Use the current cursor location in python action scripts

Description

Some python scripts would benefit greatly of access to the current cursor location. It would open up new possibilities for scripting, I believe.

Adding that alone would not help in the current situation because there's no way to call action scripts without moving the cursor first to the main menu. This would require adding user defined hotkeys/shortcuts for action scripts or at least adding the scripts to the context menu.
