Design Blocks Silkscreen without a component associated not showing

Description

In some cases, when using a design block I am interested in also introducing additional silkscreen not associated to any footprint (for example to know how much space the module will be occupying). Then that silkscreen is not placed, when adding the block

Steps to reproduce

  1. Define a Block Design with some silkscreen not associated to a specific component
  2. Place the Design Block on Schematic Editor
  3. On PCB editor, Update PCB from Schematic
  4. Then on the added group, click on Apply Design Block Layout
