Units disappear when cursor moved to another area footprint editor 3d model editing

Description

This is a fairly minor bug. Mostly aesthetics. When exiting the edit box for angular offsets in the 3d model editor for a footprint the number in the box loses the units and removes any trailing zeros. If the settings are saved and the window reopened the units are once more there. Furthermore only trailing zeros are removed. If a decimal place (90.02) is specified for the angular offset it stays correctly in place.

Interestingly enough this does not affect the linear offset edit boxes. Only angular and scale.

Recommend low priority.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a 3D model editor for a footprint.
  2. Click in the box to edit one of the rotation boxes.
  3. Click any where to move the cursor away to another area.
  4. The angle now has all decimals removed and loses the units of degrees.
