DNP indication Cross-out rendered wrong for component rotated 45deg

Description

When footprint is rotated 45deg, the DNP Cross-out gerber output option draws a cross-out far too big than needed. For 0deg/90deg orientation, the cross-out is more proportional to footprint size.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Rotate SMD resistor 45deg
  2. Turn on DNP attribute
  3. Plot Gerber Fab layer, enable "Indicate DNP with Cross out"
  4. Compare cross-out style for component 0deg, 90deg, 45deg

Same issue with Recent 9.0 testing and 10.0rc
