symbol editor jumper pin tooltip refers to footprints/pads

Description

In the symbol editor, the tooltip for the "All pins with duplicate numbers are jumpers" setting refers to footprints and pads rather than symbols and pins.

image

should probably be something like "When enabled, this symbol can have more than one pin with the same number [this is already allowed in some situations - Ed.], and pins with the same number will be considered to be jumpered together internally"

Steps to reproduce

  1. open symbol editor
  2. open symbol properties
  3. Go to Pin Connections tab
  4. Look at tooltip for "All pins..." checkbox
