File picker for library tables doesn't show sym-lib-table or fp-lib-table files

Description

In the library table dialog, when you browse for a library table (sym-lib-table or fp-lib-table), these files are not displayed in the file picker when the file filter is set for *.*.

When you initially open the browser, the file filter is blank, which allows the browser to show the files correctly:

If you click the dropdown, the only option is . and if you select that, then sym-lib-tables are hidden, and you can't go back to the initial state (well, you can cancel the browser and open it again)

Possibly GTK-specific

Steps to reproduce

  1. Preferences -> Manage Symbol Libraries
  2. Click the folder button next to the library path of a nested library table
  3. Browse to somewhere where a sym-lib-table file exists
  4. See it in the picker
  5. Change the file type filter to *.*
  6. see the table file disappeared
