Router can create weird tracks in Shove mode when dragging track end.

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open pic_programmer demo
  2. Make sure the grid is set to 1 mm
  3. Delete P2
  4. Drag the end of /DATA-RB7 track using D to the right
  5. See the router create weird tracks

Behaves a bit better when holding Ctrl to disable grid snapping.
