Incomplete translation of dialogues into other languages

Steps to reproduce

  1. When opening certain dialogs and notifications, the dialog is not translated, regardless of the language set. On the platform, the windows 11 in the example are not translated; on the Linux platform, they are fully translated (Flatpack). Kicad 9.0.7 rc1
