corner radius produces awkward shape under some circumstances

Description

The rounded rectangle feature produces a awkward shape if the parameters fulfil this condition: Height < Corner radius < Width.

Steps to reproduce

  1. open attached project, open pcb: rectangle_unexpected_shape.zip
  2. look at the rounded rectangle at the bottom - awkward shape
  3. the parameters are Height ==2mm, radius == 3mm, Width == 30mm, therefore fulfilling the Height < Corner radius < Width condition
