Pcbnew 9.0.4: Grid snaps do not follow grid offset if not a grid multiple

The Grid in the PCB Editor when opened in 9.0.4 is now in a different position with respect to a project previously started, or completed, in 9.0.3. This results in footprints and tracks no longer being able to be placed on the grid. See this forum thread:

Placing the Grid Origin exactly over the Page Origin corrected this problem, but shouldn't need to be done.
