Crash when opening footprint picker
Description
After upgrading from KiCad v8 to v9, any time I click on the icon in a footprint field, a "loading footprint libraries" window appears for a moment, and then KiCad crashes.
Steps to reproduce
-
Create a new project.
-
Open the schematic editor
-
Place any symbol.
-
Double click the symbol to open its properties.
-
Click the Footprint Value cell.
-
Click the library icon on the right of the cell.
Alternatively:
- Create a new project.
- Open the PCB editor.
- Place any footprint.
- Double click the footprint to open its properties.
- Select Change Footprint.
- Click the library icon to the right of any footprint library ID field.
