table with sloping orientation is false displayed and later false reloaded

Description

All tables with a sloping orientation (!= 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) are false displayed.

Even worse after saving, closing pcbnew, and reloading the board the tables are at a complete false position and the tale border is completely wrong.

Steps to reproduce

  1. open project, open board: rotated_tables_v3.zip
  2. notice already two disturbed tables (from my own experiments), ignore them at first
  3. select a working table on the top left
  4. command "Move Exactly", set Rotate==45°
  5. look at the result (picture 1)
  6. save , close pcbnew, reopen pcbnew
  7. try to find the previous bad table - it's placed somewhere on the canvas and the border is a triangle starting on coordinate 0,0 (picture 2)
