ERC: Four items connected (ERCE_FOUR_WAY_JUNCTION) triggered for stacked pins in symbols

Footprints that stack (and hide) multiple pins which should appear as a single one in the schematic trigger the ERCE_FOUR_WAY_JUNCTION warning.

Is there an alternative way to update the symbols to?
