rotate hatched rectangle: crash

Description

rotating a hatched rectangle by 45° produces a crash.

tested only with pcbnew, as FP editor showed a different crash.

Steps to reproduce

1. open attached project, open board: symbol_editor_ordering.zip
2. select a hatched rectangle
3. RMB-click-->context menu-->positioning tools-->move exactly
4. 45° for rotation around item anchor
5. "OK"-button --> crash
