Symbol xxx not found in symbol library xxx (httplib)
What is the current behavior and what is the expected behavior?
When a part is placed (example:Conn_IP67, see screenshot) from a http library in the schematic editor, an ERC error shows up (Warning: Symbol Conn_01x01 socket not found in library W5). The expected behavior is that ERC should not look for the SYMBOL name and instead for the PART name. The correct symbol is located at W5:Conn_IP67 while the ERC looks for W5:Conn_01x01 socket
Steps to reproduce
- Click on "Symbol Library Browser" and select a symbol
- Place the symbol in the schematic
- Run a ERC and the error "Warning: Symbol Conn_01x01 socket not found in library W5"
