Ignored violation "No-Mirrored text on back layer" displays a red arrow after DRC

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create non-mirrored text and place on B.Cu layer
  2. Move to position "Ignore" violation "No-Mirrored text on back layer" in Board Setup -> Design Rules -> Violation Severity
  3. Run DRC
