ODB++ vias missing in export

Hello,

if you have just Vias in your design and no other plated through holes, the Vias are completely missing in the ODB++ export. If you just add one other plated through hole like a mounting hole in my example the vias are exported correctly. I have attached my test project. To reproduce it, just populate the mounting hole on the pcb or remove it by the “exlude from PCB” checkbox. I have also included the two ODB++ variants. “with” is with plated through hole and “without” ist without plated throgh hole and therefore without vias in the ODB++ export file. My ODB++ viewer is PCB-Investigator 15.1.0 from easylogix.
