All toolbar items needs menu entry

Hello, I just want to remind the developers: All toolbar items needs to have menu entry. Just in case if users doesnt have enough DPI to have all toolbar items shown.

I notice "Scripting console" toolbar items doesn't have menu entry anywhere (schematic editor). Also, since it is the last item. It will be hidden if user doesn't have wide monitor.

For "Scripting console", my suggestion is "Tools" - "Scripting console", (just like in PCB editor)
