Altium PCB: zone clearances are not correctly imported

Description

Opening a tracking issue so I don't forget: Altium zone clearances aren't imported correctly today, meaning running "refill zones" on an imported board will change copper significantly (and cause disconnections)

Will share a board showing this issue once I can find one that is OK to share.
