Text Color is erroneously exposed in PCB Properties Panel; can create un-parseable files

PCB will not load and error message appears when attempting to re-open PCB after closing.

To create issue:

• Open any PCB
• Right Mouse click any "Ref" or "Value"
• Change color in LHS Properties Panel
• NOTE: color does not change
• Close Kicad PCB
• Reopen Kicad PCB

A warning message about the color appears but no PCB

Tested with a Personal color scheme (in both OS's), Windows 11 & my below Linux, both "Ref" & "Value" only, both Kicad 8.0.4-rc2 & below version of 8.99
