Infobar can't be dismissed if PCB Editor window is too narrow.
When the PCB editor window is narrow, then the cross on the right side of the info bar disappears.

- Open an old project. The info bar with This file was created by an older version of KiCad. It will ...
- Make the KiCad window narrower by resizing the window.
- Also related: With two line text on the infobar, it does not fit.
I have Linux Mint (which is not officially supported), but I got confirmation from someone using Fedora.
