Infobar can't be dismissed if PCB Editor window is too narrow.

When the PCB editor window is narrow, then the cross on the right side of the info bar disappears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open an old project. The info bar with This file was created by an older version of KiCad. It will ...
  2. Make the KiCad window narrower by resizing the window.
  3. Also related: With two line text on the infobar, it does not fit.

I have Linux Mint (which is not officially supported), but I got confirmation from someone using Fedora.
