"exclude from position file" property generates DRC warning

Changing the 'exclude from position file' property creates a DRC warning (library mismatch)

Steps to reproduce

1. Start from a board with footprints on it
2. Change the 'exclude from position file' property of one footprint
3. a wild DRC warning appears
4. There should not be a warning. As a designer I might want to exclude components from assembly/BOM file.
