Incorrect pad position shown with respect to Origins in Pad Properties Dialogue Window Kicad 8.0.0 & 8.99

X & Y position values in Pad Properties dialogue window show incorrect values when Page Origin or Grid Origin are used.I did NOT check Drill/Place File Origin. The problem occurs in Kicad 8.0.0 and 8.99. The problem seems to only occur with pads. I tested footprint anchors, vias and graphic items and the results were correct.

Steps to create fault:

• Open/create a project
• Open PCB Editor
• Place a Kicad footprint
• Place a Grid Origin
• Select Grid Origin from Origins & Axes
• Highlight a pad
• Select hotkey E
• Compare results for pad position shown in left hand Pad Properties panel and Pad Properties window. The LH panel shows correct X & Y results. The Pad Properties window shows incorrect results.

Repeat procedure this time with Page Origin. The same problem exists.
