Simulation_SPICE NMOS and PMOS default parameters have changed since ngspice-40

Description

The default model parameters shown in the Spice Model Editor window, when a Simulation_SPICE NMOS or PMOS is used, are no longer valid. The parameters have changed since ngspice-40 to resemble more reasonable devices (IRF540 IRF9540). The new data are attached: vdmos_mp.txt.

I am not aware of an automatic update.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place Simulation_SPICE:NMOS and PMOS symbols on Eeschema canvas
  2. Double click on symbol --> Simulation Model --> Parameters --> DC --> vto = 0 (now is 3)
