pcbnew: DRC creates clearence violation when 2 zones are connected to Net tie

Description

If you want to connect 2 zones to a nettie, the DRC checker will generate a clearance violation, although this is too casual and does not cause an error in Kicad 6.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create 2 zones and name them e.g. GND and GNDA
  2. Connect these zones with a nettie without tracks
  3. Start the DRC checker
