Wire Color Displays Incorrectly [eeschema] [7.99]

Description

The wire color in the schematic editor does not display as the color set in the preferences. Regardless of the color set or the theme selected the color of the wires is Dark Green #004c33.

This is supposed to be "Green" #A6E22E.

This is supposed to be "Dark Green" #009600.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Schematic Editor
2. Draw a Wire
3. Observe Color
4. Change Wire Color in Preferences (or Theme Entirely)
5. Observe Color
