[PCBNew] [Wishlist] Minimum height of search and properties panel on bottom of screen is different (and too big)

Description

The properties and search panel are a very nice addition and I'd like to have them at the bottom of the screen. But when having both of them open besides each other the minimum height of the panels is just too much, see video (made on a 25" 2560x1440 screen). It would be really nice if the minimum height would be way smaller so that I can resize it, when I need to and otherwise leave it "idling" on the bottom of the screen.
