PCB Editor Wishlist: Length Tuning Settings in route menu (top bar)

Description

The only place I know to find the length tuning menu is by right clicking on the right toolbar. This isn't necessarily intuitive and some users might have trouble finding it. I forgot it was there 😄

I think it would make sense to also have it available from the route drop down menu for users that can't find it, since that is where all the tools for differential traces are found.

Steps to reproduce
