Allow to hide specific symbol from symbol chooser

Description

Right now we have the option of hiding complete libraries from the symbol chooser. This is done in the symbol library table by unticking the "Visible" checkbox:

As requested by library team at KiCon 2023 - It would be useful to be able to hide individual symbols from being displayed in the symbol chooser.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Schematic editor -> Add a symbol.
