PCBnew Properties Panel, Nets are not sorted by name as in the Track&Via properties Window & no Filter available

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. select a track in pcbnew
2. assign a new net to it via the properties panel => net names are not sorted by name, it's hard to find your net
3. assign a new net to it via the "Track & Via Properties" Window (CTRL+E) => it's much easier, as the nets are sorted by name and in addition there you can search for a net and use filters, that's not supported in the properties Panel.
