Altium importer: Polygon cutout incorrectly imported

Altium:

In KiCad, it is imported as a "keepout" rule area with "keep out copper fill" checked (correct), but has also "Keep out Tracks" "Keep out Pads" and "Keep out Vias" also checked (incorrect), causing DRC errors on the imported board:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import: HiFive1.B01.PcbDoc (originally from https://www.sifive.com/boards/hifive1-rev-b added here for convenience)
  2. Check the properties of the rule area around the ground pad in U1
