Unknown Model_type I/O_open_drain in IBIS file.

Description

I am trying to add an ibis simulation model to a STM32H730BZTx part and get the following error:

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the part in the schematic and press the E key
2. Click on the "Simulation Model..."
3. Select "SPICE model from (*.lib, *.sub or *.ibs)
4. Select the attached ibs file
5. Observe Error
