Project manager and Layout Editor crashes when reopening a V6 pcb file stored in V7, problem occurs only under Windows 10

Description

Project manager and Layout Editor crashes when reopening a V6 pcb file stored in V7. With complete (confidential) design, the problem also occurs when opening pcb file directly or performing "Switch to PCB Editor" in schematic. I attach a reduced design, here problem occurs only when opening layout from project manager.

Kicad V7.0.2 under Ubuntu 20.04.4 opens complete and stripped down design without problems. I have ported other V6 design to V7 with no problems, apparently the issue is depending on some design details.Controller-2023-05-02_113040.zip

Steps to reproduce

1. Open project file Controller.kicad_pro
2. Try to open PCB file Controller.kicad_pro in project manager. Kicad crashes reliably in Windows 10, same behavior on a second Computer
