[feature] Customizable copper fill spoke angle

Hello,

After a discussion on the forum I would like to request a feature. The feature is a global configuration allowing for changing the copper fill spoke. When flooding a PCB I prefer a cross shape(+) spoke rather than a "x"/45" spoke

In the forum post a few tricks was shown how to do it per-pad in your project but It requires you to do it every time you add a new component.
