Text properties window opens with delay

Description

The Text Properties and Edit Text & Graphic Properties windows open with 1sec. delay. I have not measured the exact time delay. These are the windows I know with this behaviour. There may be more, but it seems related to a text function. It does not matter whether the Text Properties window is startet to add text or to edit text. This issue is related to pcbnew and schematic.

I would expect to open these windows immediatly, like other windows, for example the Change symbols window from the menu Edit (schematic).

Steps to reproduce

1. Menu: Place -> Add Text
2. Press Key T
3. Editing text: Double Click already existing text of a schematic page.
