File browsers ignores some directories and mountable file systems

Description

With version 7.0.0 & 7.0.1, the file browser (OPen Projects) does not show my external SSD nor Google Drive, though both are visible in me system file browser. With version 6.0.10, the external drive IS visible, but Google Drive is not.

Steps to reproduce

Select "Open Project" or "New Project" Under File
