Footprint properties panel: Changes in position x/y applied but not saved

Description

Changes in postion x/y using the properties panel to any element within the footprint are not saved.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new footprint
• Add any primitive (pad, via, line, ...) to any position
• Save footprint
• Change positional parameter using the properties panel
• Save footprint
• Change to different footprint and return to newly created footprint
• Changes in position weren't saved

Note: Interestingly, primitives that have been modified in position using the panel, copied and pasted into the same footprint keep the new coordinates.
