Unable to input nickname for library after clicking add icon in Footprint Libraries manager

Steps to reproduce

1. Click Preferences -> Manage Footprint Libraries...
2. Click add icon
3. Type something, the text will appear in a very small textbox (bug!)
4. Click the nickname column again, the text you've just type in that small textbox disappears (bug!)
5. Now you have to type the nickname again to make it actually appear
