Bulk Edit Symbol Fields Table cell selection issues

Description

When editing cells/fields in the Bulk Symbol Fields table the selected cell display is sometimes incorrect. In other words, not all the cells highlight blue when selecting or editing them. Or the cells are blacked out as per the attached image. Bulk_Editor_1

On my laptop the issue specifically happens when dragging the bulk editing window from one screen to the second, or vice versa. Screen setup. Laptop screen Bulk_Editor_2_-_Display_1 External screen Bulk_Editor_2_-_Display_2

Steps to reproduce

  1. To reproduce drag bulk editing screen from display 1 to display 2.
