excluded DRC warning re-appears after updating footprint

Description

I exluded 17 DRC warnings:

Then I updated the footprint which is causing the DRC warning and run DRC again:

I would either expect that the warning stays excluded or that the exclusion is deleted as the warning has no reason anymore.

Steps to reproduce

1. place a component in PCBnew so the silk is is intersecting a board Edge
2. run DRC: find "Silkscreen clipped by solder mask"
3. exclude the warning
4. update the footprint which is intersecting with the board edge
5. run DRC again
