crash after selecting particular spice library file

Description

model THS3491.lib.zip was correctly used before simulation model editor rework. Now KiCad crashes after selecting this .lib file

Steps to reproduce

1. choose any symbol in schematics, open properties dialog, press "simulation model" button.
2. In simulation model dialog select "SPICE model from file", choose attached file.
